WCAG 2.2 AA Keyboard Accessible Screen-Reader Friendly

Our commitment

Online Schema Generator strives for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We aim to deliver a consistent, perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust experience across devices and assistive technologies.

What we’ve implemented

  • Keyboard support: All interactive elements are reachable by Tab/Shift+Tab with visible focus outlines.
  • Color contrast: Text and UI components target at least AA contrast ratios.
  • Labels & relationships: Form fields have associated labels; icons include accessible names or aria-labels.
  • Heading structure: Pages follow a logical outline for easier navigation.
  • Motion reduction: Subtle animations are disabled when “Reduce motion” is enabled at the OS level.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly audit new components, refine focus management in modals/overlays, and test with multiple browsers and screen readers.

Compatibility

Our tools are intended to work with the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile. We test with system screen readers (e.g., VoiceOver, NVDA) where possible.

Known limitations

  • Third-party embeds (e.g., ads) may not fully meet our standards. We try to sandbox and label them clearly.
  • Some complex UI controls may still need additional ARIA refinements. We track these in our backlog.
If you encounter an issue, please let us know so we can fix it quickly.
